  1. ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, rectification, integration, cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing of data concerning him or to oppose the processing of the same if the conditions provided for by the GDPR EU 2016/679 are met;
  2. exercise the rights referred to in letter a) by writing to the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS with registered office in Largo Francesco Vito, n. 1 – 00168 – Rome, to the courteous attention of the Head of the Press Office, whose manager has been designated for this purpose as Data Processor;
  3. propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it.
