Dr Celeste Condorelli is Head of Special Project and International Patient Office.
Extensive experience in managerial duties in the private and public sectors, Previously, CEO of Gemelli Molise S.p.A., an accredited private hospital located in Campobasso (Molise region).
Also, currently lecturer for MA programs in healthcare management at the University of Naples and at Formez PA, an association working to enhance education of public administration in Italy.
She has acquired a deep understanding of strategic programming, finance, organization, procurement, control, working in private hospitals (CEO of Clinica Mediterannea – the largest accredited private hospital in the Campania region and manager in Humanitas Group) and in public organizations (as Director of planning and control in ASL Milano 1).
With a profound passion for working in an international environment and holding a degree in Modern Literature, I have always been deeply interested in exploring diverse cultures.
My extensive experience in hospitality and customer care has equipped me with the skills to warmly welcome and assist international patients, ensuring their expectations are met and their medical needs are anticipated.
In my role as an Administrative Assistant, I meticulously manage and oversee the administrative and financial aspects of patients' clinical journeys. This includes coordinating a wide range of services they may require, from their arrival at the hospital to their discharge. My responsibilities include handling patient admissions, scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. By maintaining clear communication and a proactive approach, I strive to facilitate a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
I have dual citizenship, Moldovan/Italian, and I am fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English. With a background experience in global medical customer care, as an International Patient Coordinator, I am here to assist patients of all ages, providing personalized guidance during your time at Gemelli University Hospital Foundation. I facilitate multilingual communication between patients and medical staff.
