Our Nuclear Medicine Unit provides a wide array of diagnostic and therapeutic services tailored to meet your health needs. We offer consultations and specialized services and studies such as intestinal permeability assessments and perfusion lung scintigraphy, ensuring thorough pre-diagnostic evaluations. We specialize in a variety of advanced imaging techniques, including Datscan, thyroid and adrenal scintigraphy, and renal scintigraphy with sequential evaluation and glomerular filtration measurement.
Our clinic is equipped to perform specialized studies for swallowing, esophago-gastro-duodenal transit, gastroesophageal reflux, and gastric emptying. We also offer comprehensive transit studies, including gastro-cecal and esophago-gastro-duodenal transit, as well as gastroesophageal or duodeno-gastric reflux assessments.
For more detailed imaging, we provide PET-CT scans using various tracers such as FDG, choline, methionine, gallium, and amyloid tracers marked with F18. Our services extend to brain PET-CT with amyloid tracers or FDG, and myocardial scintigraphy with 123I MIBG for innervation studies. We also conduct stress and rest myocardial scintigraphy with gated SPECT and cardiovascular testing.
In addition to diagnostic services, we offer therapeutic options such as palliative therapy for bone metastasis pain using samarium, and metabolic therapy for hyperthyroidism. Our clinic also specializes in sentinel lymph node detection for radioguided surgery and marked leukocyte scintigraphy.
